The first eight weeks
What Amy does with every French Bulldog before it goes home.
From the very beginning, our puppies are given Early Neurological Stimulation and stay under close, supervised care with their mother 24/7 for the first three weeks of life. At three to four weeks, they're moved to our family room to begin socialization, and litter box training starts around the same time. We introduce mush (soft solids) at three to four weeks and begin exposing puppies to other pets, kids, household noises, and everyday experiences to help with desensitization. Puppies are handled multiple times a day throughout this process to help them grow into confident, well-adjusted dogs.
While you wait for pickup day, I send weekly photos and videos so you can watch your puppy grow, along with live video chats whenever you'd like one. When it's time to bring your puppy home, they'll come with a puppy pack that includes a bag of food, a blanket scented with their littermates, and other helpful accessories to ease the transition.
If one of our puppy owners is ever unable to keep their dog, for any reason, I will always take that puppy back. No Flashy Frenchies puppy should ever end up in a shelter or similar situation, and I take that responsibility seriously for the life of the dog.
